I. Overview
The YZW forced circulation pump is a horizontal cantilever single-stage axial flow pump with large flow and low head. It is a new energy-saving pump and a key equipment in the chlor-alkali production process for achieving forced circulation evaporation. The pump's flow-passing components are made of titanium TA2 to handle highly corrosive liquids such as high-temperature chloride salts. It is widely used in industrial sectors such as inorganic salts, soda ash, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage discharge, and chemical industries.

The YZW forced circulation pump features a simple overall structure, reliable industrial operation, low maintenance costs, and high economic efficiency.


II. Design Features of the YZW Pump
Evaporation crystallization production is highly continuous; any local shutdown inevitably affects the entire plant's systems. Therefore, once the forced circulation pump is in operation, it must exhibit excellent reliability to meet the requirements of long-term continuous production in the evaporation process. The YZW forced circulation pump mainly consists of an impeller, shaft, pump body, mechanical seal chamber, and bearing housing. Its design features include:
1. The YZW impeller adopts a high-efficiency blade airfoil with strong cavitation resistance, suitable for conveying liquids containing large amounts of suspended solid particles. By appropriately increasing the hub ratio and the thickness of the blade outer edge, the blade strength and corrosion resistance are enhanced, achieving a pump efficiency of 70%.
2. The impeller is integrally cast. Heavy-duty bearings and shafts are selected based on design conditions, extending the pump's maintenance cycle.
3. The horizontal cantilever structure is adopted, with the pump body designed as a 90-degree elbow, reducing costs and making maintenance and inspection extremely convenient.
4. The low pump speed reduces the impeller blades' impact on crystal breakage, decreases circulation resistance in the evaporator, lowers energy consumption, and enhances cavitation resistance.
5. The pump features a rear-opening structure, allowing inspection and maintenance of the pump body without disassembling the pump body or inlet/outlet flanges.
6. A double mechanical seal is used, suitable for conveying toxic, volatile, flammable, explosive, and corrosive liquids.
7. By rationally selecting the bearing spacing and cantilever ratio, the deflection at the cantilever end is reduced, bearing wear is minimized, and the pump's lifespan is extended.
8. High-temperature wear-resistant lubricating oil is used to prolong bearing life.
9. A spring base is adopted.
